Leadership & Vision

The Heart Behind the Mission

While the work is carried out by a dedicated team of volunteers and partners, the ministry is led by Pastor Ouma Scott. As a full-time minister with a deep burden for the unreached, Pastor Scott oversees the strategic direction of our outreach programs.

His vision is simple: To ensure that the love of Christ is not just heard, but felt through physical support and a growing, healthy Church infrastructure. Under his guidance, the ministry operates with the highest level of accountability and professional stewardship.

Why We Focus on Outreach First

"The Church is the lighthouse, but the Outreach is the light that travels into the darkness." We believe that the secondary role of the local church is to house the harvest, but the primary mandate is to go out and find it. Our ministry bridges the gap between the physical needs of the community and the spiritual needs of the soul.
